With the latest high-tech reservation software, we will be able to reach out and capture reservations from a multitude of global search engines and we will also take reservations in our office. Our software has a state-of-the-art owner portal that will allow you to make owner reservations and also look at your current and future reservations, along with your owner income statements.
Our website features our rental properties with informative and creative descriptions, detailed information about each unit along with beautiful professional photographs. Our website will have various links on all upcoming June Lake events, real estate information, the weather and so much more. Our 30% management commission fee is competitive. We have done our due diligence with the nightly pricing of our rental units and feel they are placed correctly. The rates will not fluctuate on a daily basis. We have programed our rates to change with holidays and seasons. We are always open to discuss rates with our owners. If you feel your home can capture a higher nightly rate, we will support you. We are in this together.
We have a staff of 6, which includes 2 office personnel, a “boots on the ground” person to care for and walk your property before and after a rental guest, including a licensed and bonded general contractor and 2 exceptional, experienced housekeepers. We pride ourselves in giving you the best service possible and taking great care of your home away from home. We believe in a solid local presence, with 24 hours a day, 7 day a week management. We are here for you.
We look forward to talking to each potential owner and answering all of your questions openly and honestly. We will pay for your business license transfer fee from your current reservation company to June Lake Premier Reservations. Also, please know that we will honor any existing reservations you might have with your current rental company. Once you have joined our company, your property will inventoried immediately and you will receive a comprehensive report of our findings, along with suggestions to make improvements or replace inventory items needed. We want to keep our rental properties “Premier” and will work closely with you to achieve this.
